1. Data collected
We collect only the data needed to provide the service: name, email, WhatsApp number, content of messages exchanged, and transaction history. No third-party advertising tracking cookies are used on this site.
2. Use of data
Data is used to: reply to your request, deliver the service, retain history for the replacement guarantee, and issue invoices compliant with Moroccan regulations. No data is resold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Retention
Contact data is kept 3 years from the last exchange. Billing data is kept 10 years per Moroccan accounting law.
4. Hosting
advantage.ma is hosted on dedicated infrastructure. WhatsApp and Telegram communications run through their respective servers (Meta and Telegram), subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection, you have rights to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights: contact@advantage.ma.
6. Cookies
advantage.ma uses only strictly necessary cookies (theme preference, session). No advertising-profiling or third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are set.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In case of a data breach, we notify you within 72 hours per best practice.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. Changes take effect when published on the site.
